Bachelors in TCM taught in English & Chinese [Bilingual]

This is the special program offered by TUTCM in association with ALLTERE Group.

This Program has been specially designed to attract international students.Every student undergoes 1 year of Chinese language after which they study 5 years of TCM and final 1 year internship.

This program is delivered partly in Chinese and partly in English. Studying in English has the following advantage

• Students shall be able to get oriented with the program better.
• TCM is recognized as an alternative system of medicine in USA, UK, Australia, etc., therefore if student wish to practice in these countries, it would help them better and beneficial, since they have studied partly in English.
• TCM also has subjects of western medicine which are better understood when taught in English. So that they can interact better with international students in TCM programs.
• Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a research base in the field of Clinical Pharmacology authorized by the Chinese Ministry of Public Health. A DME (design, measurement and evaluation) National Training Center was officially founded in 1984.

Medical Facilities

Guangzhou University has four affiliated hospitals with a total of over 1,340 beds and a yearly total of more than 2.74 million outpatients and twenty thousand inpatients.

The affiliated hospitals have all the necessary sections which keep their distinct characteristics of TCM combined with advanced diagnostics and therapeutic methods. As a result, remarkable therapeutic effects are achieved for various diseases.

The first and second hospital affiliates have been approved to be the first class of the third grade TCM hospitals. In addition, the university has appointed 18 hospitals for teaching and 12 hospitals for internship in the province.

The Dormitary Building of International students provides good facility,including dormitories, classrooms, dinning hall, reading rooms and many more.
