The students who take nursing abroad there is a good opportunity, University of Queensland Abroad is delighted to announce that, for the first time, nursing students are eligible to go on exchange. Semester exchanges are available to them at the University of Auckland.
Hi Charles,
Can you tell me the main difference between LPN and RN and full form of them?.
Full Form of RN and LPN:
RN: A registered nurse (RN) is someone who graduated with a four-year nursing program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or a two-year nursing program with an Associate's Degree.

LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse or LPN is a nurse who graduated with a one-year Practical Nursing program.

Eligibility:
To become an RN, one must pass the NCLEX-RN and to become an LPN, one must pass the NCLEX-PN.

Differences:
The difference between LPN and RN is in the scope of their duties and practice. RNs take more responsibilities than LPNs and may supervise the LPNs.

The LPNs take care of the patients under the supervision and direction of physicians and registered nurses but some experienced LPNs can supervise nursing assistants and aides.
