PG Diploma Nano Technology:
According to Vice-Chancellor Prof G Thiruvasagam the courses in nanotechnology were being introduced keeping in mind the innovations taking place in this field in which billions of dollars were invested by countries.

Classification:
Application of nano science is broadly classified into the field of Medicine,Electronics, Bionanotechnology and fundamental material science.

Admission:
Admission by Entrance Test: Selection will be based on performance in an entrance test and in the qualifying examination (UG) up to V Semester / II year.
The Entrance Test will be conducted in the university campus only. Further details are available in the prospectus & in the website.
Direct Admission: Spot Admission will be made on submission of application on first come first served basis.

Eligibility:
Candidates presently pursing Master's degree programme in college are permitted to pursue concurrently these P.G Diploma Courses as per eligibility requirement to widen their career prospectus.
