CAT exam are the path way for MBA career in India. It is very tough to manage and get through it. First, to prepare we have to manage our time, plan, concentrate and work out more practical exercises on all formats of the exams. Enjoy while studying so one can easily memorize and do good in exams for making your dream come true. There are lot of coaching classes available go learn and prepare for entrance exams before 3 -6 months, and on the day before your exam go to sleep don't hangover which will help u to attend the exam with confidence.

Hi, tell me how much hours should i spend daily for preparing the CAT to get high score in the exams.

I feel, six months is more than enough for the preparation of CAT. During these six months students should show discipline and determination by studying regularly for at least 2 hrs a day. I believe strongly that discipline, determination and purposeful practice will lead you towards success in the CAT. CAT is neither a test of intelligence nor is a measure of your intellectual capability. You can achieve a good score by extensive preparation and purposeful practice.

No there is no fixed structure of CAT. The test can be in various combinations like 4 sections (each timed for 30 mins or non-timed), 2 or 3 sections again timed or non-timed etc. But the questions are based largely on the four areas, Problem solving, Data Interpretation, Reading Comprehension and Verbal ability.
