Hi friends, i would like to share some general tips for making life healthier.
1. Balanced diet.
2. Reduce taking oily foods.
3. Do exercise daily and if you know yoga and mediation pretty good.
4. Also do laughing exercise.
5. Go early to bed and get up early from bed.
6. Drink lot of water.
7. It is must to take breakfast like King/Queen, Lunch like Solider and Dinner like layman.
8. Include lots of vegetable and fruits in your daily food.
9. Always do not sit in one place, stretch your hands and legs then and there and get up every one hour.
10. Whenever at home try to take your breakfast/lunch/dinner together with the family members, it will create a healthy relationship within the familiy for the upcoming generation.
